Illegal production, export, import, storage or transportation of disks for the laser readout systems, of mother records, of equipment and materials for their production, if these actions are accomplished in considerable sizes,-
invokes penalty in the form of correctional works with the duration up to two years or imprisonment on that term, with confiscation and elimination of disks for the laser readout systems, mother records, equipment or materials for their production. 2. Those actions, if they are accomplished repeatedly or by the previous concert of persons, or committed in gross or severe proportions, - invoke imprisonment on a term from two to five years with the confiscation and elimination of disks for the laser readout systems, mother records, equipment or materials for their production.
Remark. The proportion is considered as gross if the cost of disks for the laser readout systems, mothyer records, equipment or materials for their production, exceeds the amount of the untaxed minimum personal income in over than twenty times. The proportion is considered as severe if the cost of disks for the laser readout systems, mothyer records, equipment or materials for their production, exceeds the amount of the untaxed minimum personal income in over than one hundred times.
