Registration of Copyright Related Contracts

Purpose: The state registration of contract on transfer of Copyright (assignment or licencing).

Term of Administration: 1-1,5 calendar months.

• the copy or sample of work;
• the copy (original) of contract;
• the copy of Copyright Registration Certificate (if available);
• the power of attorney signed for the administration of application, in due form;
• the service charges including the relevant state fee and the accrued fees for the preparation to registration.

• the decision of the State Department on the contract's registration.
