Term of Performance: 14 working days (on the annual basis).

• duly certified powers of attorney on the maintenance of correspondence;
• payment of service charges and state fees for the maintenamce of the patent validity

The applicant eceives:

• Notification of the Ukrpatent on the maintenance of the patent validity for the following year.
