Purpose: filing of the Patent Application to an Invention (Utility Model).

Term of Execution: 20 working days.

the filled in application form;
description of an invention (utility model);
patent claims of an invention (utility model)(if exists);
drafts of an invention (utlity model) (if exists);
duly certified powers of attorney on the maintenance of correspondence;
payment of service charges and the state fees on the patent application.

The applicant receives:

a copy of the application form as submitted with Ukrpatent;
the Ukrpatent notification on the determination of the date of the application’s filing (within 1-2 months from the date of the application’s filing).
