Purpose: state registration of the contract on the transfer of rights or the licencing contract.

Term of Performance: 2 calendar months.

• 3 original copies of contract;
• duly certified powers of attorney on the maintenance of correspondence;
• payment of service charges and the state fees for publication of information on assignment of rights or issue of licence.

The applicant receives:

• 2 copies of contract stamped by the state department;
• The state department' decision on the registration of information on the assignment of rights or the issue of licence.
