Under the Law of Ukraine “On the protection of rights on trademarks for goods and services” the object of trademark can be wordmark, image, 3-dimensional mark and other designation and/or their combination, presented in any colour or combination of colours. Except of the main types of trademarks mentioned above, there are also trademarks-colours, trademarks-smells, trademarks-tastes, trademarks-counds.
